How Seekifieds Works

- Buyers post ISOs (In Search Of) describing their vehicle needs
- Sellers browse buyer demand and respond with matching vehicles from their garage
- Matches are made using our algorithm based on vehicle preferences, budget, and location
What We Do (and Don't Do)

- Seller verification and safety features
✗ We Don't
- Complete vehicle transactions or handle payments
- Verify vehicle conditions or provide inspections
- Act as a dealer, broker, or financial institution
- Provide vehicle warranties, financing, or insurance
- Handle title transfers or DMV paperwork
3. User Accounts
Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate, current information
- Maintain the security of your account
- One account per person or business
Account Security
You're responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure
- All activity under your account
- Notifying us of any security breaches
- Logging out from shared devices
Account Termination

4. Buyer Terms
Posting ISOs (Vehicle Requests)
When you post an ISO describing your vehicle needs, you agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle specifications and preferences
- Represent genuine purchase intent within stated budget
- Respond to relevant seller offers in reasonable time
- Not post duplicate or spam ISOs
- Include realistic timeline and location preferences
Receiving Vehicle Offers
- Sellers may contact you based on your ISOs with matching vehicles
- You control what contact information to share and when
- You can decline offers for any reason
- Be respectful in all communications and negotiations
- Arrange independent vehicle inspections before purchase
Buyer Protection
Your contact information is never shared without your permission. Sellers can only see wants you've posted publicly.
5. Seller Terms
Responding to ISOs
When responding to buyer ISOs with vehicle offers, you agree to:
- Only respond to ISOs you can genuinely fulfill with available vehicles
- Provide accurate vehicle information including VIN, mileage, and condition
- Honor quoted prices during reasonable negotiation periods
- Respond professionally and promptly to buyer inquiries
- Maintain current and accurate garage/inventory listings
Vehicle Information Requirements
- Provide accurate VIN, title status, and ownership documentation
- Disclose all known mechanical issues, accidents, or defects
- Report accurate mileage and maintenance history
- Include clear, recent photos showing vehicle condition
- Maintain appropriate dealer licenses if applicable
- Handle all DMV paperwork and title transfers independently
Seller Standards
We track seller performance including:
- Response time to buyer wants
- Accuracy of offers and descriptions
- Successful completion rates
- Buyer satisfaction scores
6. Vehicle Transaction Guidelines

Seekifieds facilitates connections between buyers and sellers only. We do not conduct vehicle transactions, inspections, or handle payments. All vehicle purchases are between private parties.
Before Any Purchase
- Inspect in Person: Always examine the vehicle yourself or hire a qualified mechanic
- Verify Ownership: Confirm title, registration, and lien status before payment
- Check VIN: Run vehicle history reports and verify VIN matches all documents
- Test Drive: Drive the vehicle in various conditions to assess performance
- Secure Payment: Use safe payment methods and meet at secure locations
Legal Requirements
- Complete all DMV registration and title transfer requirements
- Obtain proper insurance coverage before driving
- Handle all taxes, fees, and documentation independently
- Comply with local and state vehicle sale regulations
- Resolve any liens or financial obligations on the vehicle
Platform Limitations
Seekifieds does not and cannot:
- Verify vehicle condition, history, or seller claims
- Provide warranties, guarantees, or return policies
- Handle payments, escrow, or financial transactions
- Resolve disputes over vehicle condition or performance
- Ensure compliance with local laws or regulations
7. Prohibited Activities
Absolutely Not Allowed
- Posting fake wants or offers
- Spam or mass messaging
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Impersonating others
- Sharing false information
- Gaming the system or algorithms
- Creating multiple accounts
- Attempting to bypass platform fees
- Illegal activities or items
- Violating others' privacy
Consequences
Violations may result in:
- Warning and content removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action if warranted
8. Privacy & Data

- You own your content and data
- You can delete your account and data anytime
- We'll never sell your personal information
- You control what information is shared with whom
